Dr. Jeevan Perera is a Senior Engineer at NASA, Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. He has had assignments in varying technical and management areas and disciplines including as the risk manager for several manned space programs such as the International Space Station, the Orion Spacecraft and others. Other roles have included the shared responsibility for the management of program business and project planning activities, management and assessment of project budgets, procurement, contracts, configuration management, security, information technology, project schedules, and others. In his early risk work, he designed, developed, implemented and improved the International Space Station risk management process through a phased approach. Under this pathfinding redevelopment initiative, the comprehensive risk system is now the standard risk system within all NASA manned programs. Billel Arbaoui is currently teaching as a lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Rangsit University, Pathumthani, Thailand. He has extensive experiences both in academia and industries and has been affiliated with top-notch industries and institutes in several countries, including Hitachi Ltd. (Japan) and Carnegie Mellon University (USA). He currently oversees and advises various R&D projects while promoting digital entrepreneurship. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Cincinnati (USA) in 1999.

Dr. Rauno Heikkilä is a professor of Digitalized Construction and Mining Operations in the Faculty of Technology at University of Oulu, Finland. He is the head of Digital Construction and Mining Research Team. He received his Dr. Tech in 1996 from the University of Oulu. His major research interests cover structures and construction technology, information modelling (BIM in construction) automation and robotics in the construction of roads, railways, fairways, bridges and buildings as well as in mining.

Riccardo Zanella received a Master's degree in Control Systems Engineering from the University of Padova in 2016, graduating with honors, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical, Electrical, and System Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2021. He worked as a research fellow at the University of Bologna from 2017 to 2023. Currently, he holds a position as a postdoctoral researcher in the Robotics and Mechatronics (RaM) group at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. In his early academic career, Riccardo focused on developing learning-based algorithms for sensing and manipulating deformable linear objects with minimal human intervention. In recent years, his research has evolved towards energy-based approaches in robot learning, reflecting his keen interest in enabling robots to operate effectively in unstructured environments. Riccardo aims to facilitate the safe execution of complex tasks, allowing robots to interact seamlessly with other robots and potentially with humans.

He is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) at Department of Marine Engineering, Vietnam MaritimeUniversity, Haiphong City, Vietnam. He is an Honorary Professor at School of Computing Science and Engineering, Galgotias University, India and an Honorary Adjunct Professor at School of Computer Science and Engineering, Lovely Professional University (LPU), India. He received B.Eng and M.Sc at Vietnam Maritime University, Vietnam in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He got Ph.D. Degree at Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China in 2018. He is an Editor/Guest Editor for the reputation journals indexed in SCI/SCIE such as Environment, Development andSustainability, IET Intelligent Transport System, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems, International Journal of Renewable Energy Technology, International Journal of Energy Optimization and Engineering, IEEE Internet of Things Magazine, Mathematics. In 2015, he had been awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for the full funding of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in China. In 2019, He had been awarded the NEPTUNE prize for the outstanding researchers by Vietnam Maritime University, In 2022, he is one of five outstanding scientists in Vietnam to be nominated for Ta Quang Buu prize by the National Foundation for Science & Technology Development (NAFOSTED). Additionally, he had been selected and awarded the full scholarship for the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program of National Research Foundation (NRF) for Foreign Researchers by the Government of South Korea.

Farah JEMILI had the Engineer degree in Computer Science in 2002, the Master degree in 2004, and the Ph.D degree in 2010 from the National School of Computer Science (ENSI, University of Manouba, Tunisia). Since 2007, she is an Assistant Professor at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Telecom of Hammam Sousse (ISITCOM, University of Sousse, Tunisia). She started research since 2002 at RIADI Laboratory (ENSI, University of Manouba, Tunisia). Since 2010, she is a Senior Researcher at MARS Laboratory (ISITCOM, University of Sousse, Tunisia). Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Big Data Analysis and Distributed Systems. She served as a Reviewer for many international conferences and journals. She has published around 40 Research papers in international journals and conferences and has presented many invited and contributed Talks at international conferences. She has been member of the Scientific Council of ISITCOM for 3 years (2011-2014), and head of the Department of Computer Science at ISITCOM for 3 years (2017-2020). Since February 2019, she is a member of the PMO (Project Management Office) of the University of Sousse, Tunisia, and she has participated to CBHE Erasmus+, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs.

Yu-Sheng Lu received the B.S. degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1995. From 1997 to 1998, he was at the Opto-Electronics & Systems Laboratories, ITRI, Taiwan. From 1998 to 2000, he was with the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics, DLR, Germany. From 2000 to 2008, he was with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Yunlin, Taiwan. In 2008, he moved to the Department of Mechatronic Engineering, National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, where he is currently a professor. Mr. Tushar Vaidya holds research interests in Robotics Vision. His research focuses on Perception for Robotics Navigation and Planning as well as VR world for RL based on the training of autonomous agents.He had worked on his thesis for Multi-Robot SLAM sponsored by Defence Research, Govt of India. Mr. Vaidya worked as a consultant for various startups to help them adapt SLAM technology as their business use case (explorer.ai) and Standard Cognition (standard.ai). Currently, he leads the Machine Vision Group at the AI Center of Excellence, Reliance Research, Jio, where we mainly deal with the future of Robotics Perception with implicit Learning and classical SLAM.
