Dr. Constantin Jabarin, Altera Digital Health Chief Clinical Information Officer, has more than 23 years of clinical experience, is a graduate of the University of Wales College of Medicine and continues to practice as an Emergency Medicine Physician at a senior level. He also has extensive experience in Clinical IT, working as a Director for DocCom (later known as Careflow), System C, and as CCIO for The Great Western Hospital, Swindon, during which time he oversaw the initial steps of the paper-light process rolling out digital across the hospital. Dr. Jabarin strongly believes in the importance of presenting a flowing clinical solution that works for all clinical users, in addition to supporting non-clinical leads. Dr. Jabarin also has a large amount of experience running his own pre-hospital events company, where over the years has acted as Chief Medical Officer of Castle Combe Racing Circuit, Medical Director of the Bath Half Marathon and Cardiff Half Marathon, as well as being a trackside doctor at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Don Sweete is the guardian of SNOMED CT’s clinical terminology and has worked relentlessly to unite stakeholders across the international digital health sector, building and maintaining critical relationships with its 46 global Members and partners. Don joined SNOMED International in 2014 and brings more than 30 years of industry leadership and executive management experience to his role. Don drives SNOMED International’s corporate direction and strategy and is responsible for all facets of the business ranging from its product content and services, customer relationship management, and the organization’s active collaborative landscape. Don has worked to formalize more than 30 collaborative relationships with clinical, standards, commercial, research and education partners to continue the evolution and uptake of SNOMED CT so that improved health outcomes for its stakeholders, most notably patients and citizens, can be realized.

On a mission to break down the barriers to healthcare innovation within the NHS, Michael is an NHS doctor, NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow and MBA Graduate by background, but also the Co-founder and Managing director of Blüm Health Ltd, an industry-disrupting digital health SME that collaboratively works with NHS trusts, Universities and Industry to design, build, and scale digital health software solutions, in the hope to empower clinical entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into a reality.

Dr. Tuula Helander is the Director of the Biotechnology and Medicines Unit at the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. She is a MS representative and co-chair with the Commission for the Declaration “Towards access to at least 1 million sequenced genomes in the EU by 2022”, and MS representative at the Sub-group on Cancer (Mission on Cancer; Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan). Previously she was Senior Adviser in Permanent Secretary’s Cabinet at the Ministry. She made her PhD thesis at the Dept. of Pathology in the University of Helsinki (main results published in Nature, Helander et al. 1996). She has been Secretary General of Finnish Cancer Institute, and the Director of Southern Cancer Center at the Helsinki University Hospital.

Andrew Hague’s interest in the technology that was to become CellSonic began in 1987 with the first lithotripter in Britain. Using his own capital, he developed the CellSonic VIPP machines and sold them around the world. In 2016, Professor Hague devised the protocol for curing cancer and this is now used in CellSonic Clinics in England, India, Peru, Spain, USA, Mexico and Poland. Many more are planned. These are located nationwide in the UK. Internationally he works as a senior consultant and advisor to multiple sites in the healthcare sector.

Dr Mehdi Veisi is a versatile, experienced, credible, open and honest clinician and leader committed to providing safe, high quality, cost-effective services for patients. He has vast experience in diagnosis and management of mental illness, having worked across many services during his 16 years career as a psychiatrist. He has significant leadership experience and he was previously Clinical Director of Specialist Services and a London Borough at a large mental health Trust in London. His most recent job was as executive Medical Director in an NHS Trust and he is now Deputy CEO of an independent Healthcare Company. Dr Veisi is also an expert witness and has prepared many reports in medico-legal cases on behalf of Courts, solicitors and CPS.

Wilfried Ver Eecke obtained a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Louvain. He did doctoral and post-doctoral work in Paris (with Ricouer, Hyppolite, Lacan, and Benveniste), in Freiburg/iBr (with Lohmann) and at Harvard (with Putnam, Cavell, Erikson, Jakobson, Kagan, and Brow). He also obtained an M.A. in economics at Georgetown University. Professor Ver Eecke has been teaching at Georgetown since 1967, where he was also Chairman of the Philosophy Department from 1980-1983. He was awarded research grants from the Belgian Science Foundation, the French Government, and the von Humboldt Stiftung. In 1973, he received the annual prize of the Belgian Academy of Sciences and Humanities for a manuscript later published as Negativity and Subjectivity. His research interests include (1) Hegel; (2) philosophy of psychoanalysis with an emphasis on Lacan -- including ethical problems with the treatment of mentally ill persons; (3) ethics and economics -- including public policy implications; (4) Contemporary Continental philosophy; (5) the concept of person; and (6) political and social philosophy -- including distributive justice.

Dr. Graham has been a private veterinary cattle practioner for the past 30 years, implementing population health measures and emergency medicine on dairy and beef herds, with particular emphasis in the areas of reproduction management, mastitis control, nutrition and calf rearing. He designs and implements vaccine and nutritional intervention trials to improve growth and health in herds under his care. While in private practice he was responsible for professional training of 30 veterinary students in clinical bovine medicine, surgery, and herd health practice, and was advisor to six master’s students in epidemiology (MPVM), agricultural management (MAM), and nutrition and animal science (MS). Dr. Graham is President and Chief Executive Officer of the international development NGO, Veterinarians Without Borders (VWB), focused on creation of international training and research programs in East Africa. VWB designs and implements programs in global health in remote areas of Uganda and Rwanda, as well as in Ethiopia. Examination of relationships between human and animal health, food security, and economic development is a primary focus, with studies of tuberculosis, Brucella, Human African Trypanosomiasis, livestock trypanosomes, Rift Valley Fever, and several other consequential pathogens in cattle, small ruminants, pigs and people. A major part of our work is examining relationships among human growth and development and food security, specifically animal source foods (ASF), compared to plant-based foods. ASFs include meat, eggs, milk, including mothers’ breast milk, fish, insects, and we are examining their association with growth, prevention of stunting and cognitive dysfunction in the first 1000 days. VWB works in underserved areas to sustainably improve animal health and husbandry through community education, education of veterinary service providers, enterprise development and enhanced trade to improve sources of ASF for inclusion in families’ diets. VWB enhances public health through building capacity for the prevention, control or elimination of priority diseases and improvement of human nutrition. We build local and global capacity in high quality global health education, service and care. VWB develops and strengthens enterprise development/value chains for producers, veterinary care providers, and community-based health providers that improve health, nutrition and economic growth. We use evidence-based methods to assess the impact of ongoing and completed work and its value for development and implementation of strategic plans for stakeholders. Most recently we have supported the building of diagnostic laboratories and field-based point-of-care diagnostics, and are assisting in the creation of a new medical school in Soroti, Uganda, emphasizing global health.

Dr. Timothy B. Erickson is an emergency medicine physician at Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA, USA. He is the Division Chief of Medical Toxicology and Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department of Emergency Medicine. He is faculty member at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative in Cambridge, MA. His areas of academic expertise include environmental toxicology, crisis in climate change, wastewater epidemiology, CBRNE terrorism, and acute injuries in global conflict settings.

Anita Charlesworth is the Director of Research and the REAL Centre (Research and Economic Analysis for the Long term) at the Health Foundation, and Honorary Professor in the College of Social Sciences at the Health Services Management Centre (HSMC) at the University of Birmingham.
She is a health economist and has a background in government and public policy. Before joining the Health Foundation in May 2014, Anita was Chief Economist at the Nuffield Trust (2010–14) where she led the Trust’s work on health care financing and market mechanisms. Prior to that she had roles as Chief Analyst and Chief Scientific Advisor at DCMS (2007–10), Director of Public Spending at the Treasury (1998–2007), and worked as an Economic Advisor at the Department of Health and for SmithKline Beecham pharmaceuticals. 
She has worked as a non-executive director in the NHS – for Islington PCT (2007–2011) and The Whittington Hospital (2011–2016).
Anita was specialist advisor to the House of Lords' Select Committee on the long-term sustainability of the NHS in 2016/17, and has recently been appointed as an expert adviser for the Health and Social Care Select Committee and also sits on the expert and advisory panel for the Independent Review of Criminal Legal Aid. Anita is Chair of the OHE Policy Committee (2020) and is also a Commissioner for The Lancet Global Health Commission on Financing Primary Health Care.
Anita has an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York. She is a Trustee for Tommy’s, the baby charity, and also a Trustee for the Office of Health Economics. She was awarded a CBE in The Queen's 2017 Birthday Honours List for Services to Economics and Health Policy.

Alan Fowles is president of the international business unit of Altera Digital Health, a Harris Computer Corporation company, and has responsibility for operations and business development. With more than 30 years in global healthcare, he has extensive experience driving growth and developing leaders for healthcare technology companies.
Prior to joining Altera, formerly known as Allscripts Healthcare Solutions’ Hospitals and Large Physician Practices, Alan served as senior vice president and general manager of Nuance Communications, leading its international healthcare business. Previously, he held increasingly responsible positions at Cerner Corporation, culminating in his role as vice president and managing director for EMEA and vice president in Europe.
Originally a clinician, Alan held a variety of senior hospital management and clinical positions within the United Kingdom and Scandinavia. He holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Management College, affiliated with City University, London.

Dr. Xiaoyang Qi is a professor in the division of hematology-oncology in the Department of Internal Medicine at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Qi is the Director of the Brain Tumor Modeling Program, the Brain Tumor Center, Gardner Neuroscience Institute, and a professor in the Biomedical Engineering Program in the College of Engineering, University of Cincinnati.The laboratory of Dr. Qi focuses on cell membrane phospholipidsand proteins as specific therapeutic targets and diagnostic biomarkers for cancer and genetic diseases.

Martin Curley is a member of the Royal Irish Academy since 2011 and is chairman of the Irish Digital Health Leadership Steering Group, a grand coalition of clinicians, companies, academics, patients and policy makers driving the Digital Transformation of the Irish Health Service. Martin is also Professor of Innovation at Maynooth University and Director of the Digital Transformation and Innovation at the Health Service Executive (HSE), responsible for driving the digital transformation of Ireland’s health service. Martin joined the HSE as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2018. Prior to joining the HSE Martin was Senior Vice President and group head for Global Digital Practice at Mastercard. Previously Martin was vice president at Intel Corporation and Director/GM of Intel Labs Europe, Intel’s network of more than 50 research labs which he helped grow across the European region. He also served as a senior principal engineer at Intel Labs Europe leading Intel's research and innovation engagement with the European Commission and the broader European Union research ecosystem. Prior to this Curley was Global Director of IT Innovation and Director of IT Strategy and Technology at Intel. Earlier in his Intel career, he held a number of senior positions for Intel in the United States and Europe. He also worked in research and management positions at GE in Ireland and Philips in the Netherlands. Martin has a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and a master's degree in business studies, both from University College Dublin, Ireland. He received his Ph.D. in information systems from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Curley is the author of eight books on technology management for value, innovation and entrepreneurship. He is a Member of the Royal Irish Academy, fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland, the British Computer Society and, the Irish Computer Society. Martin is co-founder of the Innovation Value Institute at Maynooth University, a unique industry-academia collaboration driving research and development of advanced IT and Digital maturity frameworks. He was previously a visiting scholar at MIT Sloan Centre for Information Systems Research and a visiting research fellow at the CERN Open Lab in Geneva. Graciela Rojas is Professor of Psychiatry at the Clinical Hospital of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Chile in Santiago. She has investigated since many years mental health care in primary care centers and the effectiveness of collaborative treatments for depression in general, and specifically for postpartum depression. Over the last years, her research has extended to cover the incorporation of information and communication technologies into collaborative interventions aimed at reducing inequity in people’s access to specialized services.She has played an important role in the mental health reforms in Chile over the past 25 years, via research and advocacy and joint work with policymakers among other activities.

Janice is passionate about starting conversations around the critical importance of growing ‘Healthy Workplaces’. As the World Health Organization(WHO, 2010) identify, it is ‘the right, legal and smart thing to do’. Her Master of Health Science ‘Examining Healthy Workplaces’, lay the foundation and current studies and special interests are focusing on the broader influencers. These include aspects of the changing world of work, leadership, psychosocial risks and the importance of collaborative approaches to make a difference to workers, society, business and our economy. Recognition that health, safety, wellbeing and work are inextricably linked is crucial. It is essential to ensure the evidence can be translated into practice and vice versa. Using a strategic, holistic, quality improvement approach is promoted, that incorporates Māori cultural perspectives. Janice is currently working independently and worked for many years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety and Organizational Development in a large public healthcare organization. She is an active member of the NZ Occupational Health Nurses Association and the Global Healthy Workplaces network. Janice has facilitated interactive workshops and presented at numerous conferences, nationally and internationally. Recent publications include contributing to ‘Mentally Healthy Work in Aotearoa New Zealand’ and a case study in ‘Man aging health and wellbeing in the public sector – A guide to best practice’. Dr Indar is an innovative public health scientist specializing in infectious diseases, travellers’ health, and food safety. She has 18 years regional and international experience in in managing and executing regional public health surveillance and response, with robust leadership, multidisciplinary technical expertise (public health, epidemiology, microbiology, food safety, environmental health), health diplomacy, communications, implementation, capacity building, resource mobilization, She has a PHD (with high commendation), MSc (Distinction) and a BSc (Honors). Ina Shaw is currently the President of the International Physical Activity Projects (IPAP), a Co-director of the Non-Communicable Disease Intervention Research Unit (NCDIRU), and Visiting Professor, and Director of the Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation Cluster (CERC) at the University of Essex. Prior to this, she was a Professor at the University of Zululand, Head of Physical Wellness Research at MMI Holdings, Head of Research and Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor: Research (acting) at Monash South Africa (Campus of Monash University, Australia), and Associate Professor at the Vaal University of Technology. In addition, she has held previous honorary appointments as Professor Extraordinaire at the Tshwane University of Technology, Visiting Professor at the University of Johannesburg, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Venda. To support health promotion and curbing the expansion of non-communicable disease (NCD), Ina’s research focus has addressed the restriction of these diseases in various populations through physical activity. Since NCD afflicts all levels of society, she has strived to develop physical activity programmes that are suitable in an array of clinical and non-clinical settings and populations.In addition to her numerous scientific publications, she is a regularly invited contributor to popular press publications and has been profiled in the national and international media for her work. Her research has also been featured on international radio programmes and in magazines such as Woman’s World® (USA), Prevention® (USA), Runner’s World® (USA), and Muscle and Fitness® (USA) In addition to her contributions to the Encyclopaedia of Life Support Systems (EOLSS), a publication of UNESCO, her research has been utilised to bring about significant impactful changes in medical and life insurance systems.

Kathy is Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive for Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (AHSN), supporting the spread of innovation across the region. She is the lead for the AHSN Network’s work on Environmental Sustainability. Prior to joining she was Head of Innovation and Research in NHS England and, before joining the NHS, was a career civil servant with experience in the Department for Work and Pensions, Government Office for Yorkshire and Humber and the Department of Health.

Dr. Peter Averkiou is a pediatrician and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. He is the Co-Director of the four Foundations of Medicine Courses, the Director of the Service Learning Projects, the Director of the Newborn Nursery Clinical Rotation and the Director of the Synthesis and Transition Course at the medical school.

Brandon S. Shaw has a distinguished tenure in sport and exercise sciences, health research and health management. He is currently an Executive Director of IPAP, Co-director of the Non-Communicable Disease Intervention Research Unit (NCDIRU), Audit Chair and Board Member at the Medical Research Council (SA), Visiting Professor, and Director of Internationalisation at the University of Essex. In addition to holding two earned PhDs, he has previously been appointed as Full Professor at three universities including a 412th QS ranked university and Vice-Dean of Research, Internationalisation & Postgraduate Studies of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Johannesburg (a top 500 faculty internationally). Brandon S. Shaw was also an Associate Professor at the Tshwane University of Technology. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented/co-authored numerous keynotes and presentations in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle-East and North and South America. In addition to his research being featured in popular press, it has also been utilised in the development of international guidelines for exercise prescription by world-leading organisations. His research interests focus on the non-pharmacological prevention and rehabilitation of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), such as Alzheimer's disease, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, chronic kidney disease, strokes, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Francisco Manuel Morales Rodríguez is currently working as a professor in University of Granada, Spain. He got M.D from University of Malaga, Spain. His research interests are educational psychology; coping strategies; daily stress; academic engagement; generic competences; affective-sexual diversity; prosocial behavior; social skill. He has published several books and articles in academic journals, as well as worked as a referee in journals and congresses. He was awarded one of the nine Research Prizes from the General Foundation of the University of Málaga. He has received the William James Award for Psychopedagogical Innovation of the International Scientific Association of Psychopedagogy.

Tingzhong Yang, MD, Distinguished Prof of Women Hospital / Prof and Director, Center for Tobacco Control Research, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, China. Dr. Yang is an external faculty affiliate of Injury Control Research, West Virginal University, U.S. He also was an advisor for World Health Organization in delivering policy and program on tobacco control to health professions students, and served as an expert in updating CRDs section in WHO Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of NCDs 2013-2020. His primary academic focus is health behavior, and research interests are in tobacco control and mental stress. The Series of projects of “tobacco control advocacy capacity” covered all provinces in China, including more than 80 cities. He published more than more than 100 international papers. Core information of “Global Health Professions Student Survey (GHPSS) in Tobacco Control in China “was released by the United Nations. Dr. Yang s research on tobacco control has been selected one of the Research Highlights of the University at the celebration of the 120 the anniversary of Zhejiang University. According to AD Scientific Index 2022, his ranking in health science is 2th in China, 27th in Asian, and 384th in world.

Dr. Louise A. Kelly joined California Lutheran University (CLU) in 2008. In 2005, she earned her PhD in Pediatric Exercise Physiology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She subsequently completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship in Preventive Medicine at the University of Southern California. She conducts research on the etiology, prevention and treatment of pediatric obesity, prevention of type 2 diabetes and obesity related cancers in minority youth. She has expertise in methodologies such as physical activity, accelerometer, nutritional assessment, indirect calorimeter, and doubly labeled water. Her research is currently focused on the role of exercise in the prevention and treatment of anxiety and depression in the obese adolescent Latino population. She also served as the Director for the Center for Academic Service Learning (CASL) at CLU. Currently, she is the site PI for a longitudinal study investigating concussions funded by the NCAA and the Department of Defense.

Svonko Galasso is a Ph.D. Student in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering (University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Italy), working in the Research and Development department at LUNEX International University of Health, Exercise, and Sports in Luxembourg. His research topics cover the areas of clinically feasible use of Human Motion Analysis data via Machine and Deep Learning applications. Svonko Galasso received his master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Italy, in 2020. In January 2021, he started his Ph.D. within the University of Cassino and LUNEX University. Serena Pizzocaro is a PhD student at the University of Pavia, Italy, working in the Research and Development department of LUNEX University in Differdange, Luxembourg. Her research interests touch on the area of Machine Learning, Human Motion Analysis, and Sports Injury Prevention. She received her master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pavia in 2022. She is the recipient of a three-year Industrial Fellowship funded by the Luxembourg National Research Fund(FNR).

Mrs. Paola Constanza Montenegro Ramírez is an Economist with a Master's degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, has more than 12 years of experience in research using quantitative methods, analysis, and data processing, and in the design of public policies with a social focus. She is an expert in research on sexual and reproductive health and sexual and reproductive rights in migrants, indigenous people, young people, and the LBGTIQ+ population.

Dr Ahmed Ali Hassan started his research career since 2004. He published more than 30 papers from Sudan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) about maternal and child health. His passion is to improve global maternal and perinatal health by addressing global caesarean section issues. He completed his Ph.D. in Public Health from University of Sunderland, the United Kingdom in 2022. Currently, he is working at Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He worked as medical doctor and researcher in Sudan and UAE Since 2004. He attended many conferences and workshops in different countries including Sudan, UAE, Kenya, Uganda, and India.

Mitha Al Balushi is a research associate in the Public Health Research Center of New York University in Abu Dhabi. She is PHD candidate in the institute of public health of the College of medicine in the United Arab Emirates University. She had her master’s in public health from the college of medicine of the UAE University and her Mater’s Diploma in Diabetes and clinical care from Malmo university & Skane care university hospital from Sweden. She had two years diabetes diploma from Cardiff university. She obtained her degree in nursing sciences from Griffith Australian University. For the last 7 years, her research focus was on one of the biggest and first cohort studies in United Arab Emirates and Middle east region; the UAE Health Future study which examines the risk factors of the most common chronic disease among adults in the UAE. Her experience is over 15 years as public health specialist, clinical researcher and as a diabetes nurse specialist with a focus on the role of psychosocial support on diabetes control. Some of her research in public health and clinical area was published in peer reviewed of high Impact Factor international journals. Lara Colomé-Ceballos is Bachelor in Medicine from the University of Barcelona (2006-2012), and specializes in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Hospital Verge de la Cinta in Tortosa (2013-2017). Longo-Mbenza B. Benjamin has received his MD, PhD in pathophysiology and MMed in Internal Medicine from the Bukarest Medical Institute (Romania), MSc in Cardiology and PhD in Cardiology at the Free University of Brussels (Belgium). He is a former Fulbright Scholar and visiting Professor in Clinical Pharmacology/Hypertension at the Institute of Lipid research, Baylor College of medicine, Houston (USA). He served for 30 years as chief of cardiology, Executive Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He is a member of 30 scientific societies, including: American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and American College of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology and Pan-African society of Cardiology. He obtained a certificate in cardiovascular Epidemiology (Netherlands), Ethics (NIH), Bioethics (Oklahoma University) and Molecular genetics (Belgium, Italy). His original research was focused on elucidating the pathophysiological mechanisms of toxic myocarditis and immune-allergic cardiomyopathies. From 1980s until present, most of his research works are related to inflammatory states, oxidative stress, molecular biology, genetics, biomarkers and environmental impacts in Atherosclerosis, HIV/AIDS-related cardiac lesions, deafness (discovery of genes) and coexpression of genes in Pancreas. In addition to his role as clinician, lecturer, academic leader mentor, WHO expert and UN/Climate change Expert, he has been a very productive scientist: Supervisor of more than 10 PhD theses, 25 MSc theses, and 100 mini-dissertations, and over 300 papers published under his supervision. He is currently Research Champion Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Walter Sisulu University, Mthatha, South Africa. Author of more than 350 publications, he is also membership of 20 learned scientific societies and with scholarship and prizes.

My name is Selina Schwaabe (19.12.1994). I am a doctoral candidate at the TUM/HfP. My research focuses on the density of community pharmacies across Europe. In my first paper, I present three indicators that have either a positive or negative impact on pharmacy density. My further research will focus on pharmacy lobby groups and their involvement in political changes and the impact of digitalization within the pharmacy market (e-prescription). My goal is to close current research gaps on the effects of liberalizing the pharmacy market, the impact of pharmacy lobby groups, and the meaning of digitalization for retail pharmacies.

Dr Kshetrimayum Vedmani Devi completed her Master of Science Degree from the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra in 2000 and obtained her doctoral degree from the University of Manipur in 2007 for her study “Gastronomy and Nutritional Status of Tarao Tribe of Manipur”. She has done field studies on the foods, food habits and nutritional status of certain tribes of Manipur, evaluating their food preferences and health status. She has Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education awarded by IGNOU in 2003.
At present as a Teaching faculty, she imparts teaching on Food Science & Nutrition (Therapeutic diet) and other General Home Science areas for Undergraduate and Post graduate at G.P.Women’s College, Dhanamanjuri University and Teaching on Community Nutrition and Therapeutic Diet as Guest Faculty at Shija Nursing Academy in Imphal. She had briefly associated with Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhya Institute of Agricultural Sciences at Utlou, Manipur, in Food Science and Nutrition Department. She coordinated first ever Refresher Course on Home Sciences in the State for the UGC Academic Staff College at Manipur University.
Dr Vedmani also co-ordinates awareness generation and capacity building programs on Food and Nutrition for the All Manipur Home Science Association; North East Women Entrepreneurs Association (NEWEA, Manipur Chapter); Spices Board (Manipur field office); Dynamic Manipur; and training programs on food processing for Government agencies like the Ministry of Small and Micro Enterprises (MSME), Manipur chapter; Commerce & Industry Department, Manipur; and the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists India (AFSTI), Manipur Chapter. She has presented several academic papers in national and international seminars and conferences on Food and Nutrition. She also published books , contributed chapters and papers in edited books and in national and international journals. She is also a Resource Person for Entrepreneurship Development Program on Food Processing Industries for all the districts of Manipur at the Food Processing Incubation Centre located at Porompat in Imphal East District, Manipur.

Carlos Andres Beleno is a social and health scholar. In the last 10 years he has stood out for proposing theoretical frameworks that point out the relationship that exists between Communication and Health from the same existing theories on these two arenas. These theoretical proposals have served as the impetus for multiple scientific articles, theses, international publications and in general for the construction of new knowledge from the academy for the debate on public health communication and health policies for diverse scientific communities, especially in the Latin American context. In The United States, he has had mostly experience in Healthcare which has led him from 2020-2022 to act as an ally to support the country during the health emergency caused by Coronavirus in Colorado and Florida States.
