An offshore renewable energy leader, Steve is: CEO at Celtic Sea Power; Non-Executive Director on the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly LEP; represents the Celtic Sea Cluster on the UK’s Offshore Wind Industry Cluster Group.
His offshore experience includes ships’ diving, fishery protection, offshore aviation, sea training and sea command. He has worked for Mojo Maritime Ltd and James Fisher Group plc, on the installation and operation of offshore wind, tidal and wave energy devices and led four major offshore renewables R&D projects. Between 2019 and 2021, he oversaw the conversion of a Cornish offshore test & demonstration zone to floating offshore wind, and its sale in 2021 to Hexicon for the installation of the first floating offshore wind project in the Celtic Sea. He now leads Celtic Sea Power, an arm’s length Cornwall Council owned company, with the mission of making floating offshore wind an economic development success for Cornwall and the Celtic Sea Region.
Steve has a BSc in Applied Maths and Physical Oceanography, a MPhil in International Relations with International Economics, is the author of Strategy for Action: Using Force Wisely in the 21st Century, and is a Fellow of the Nautical Institute and the Institute of Marine Engineers, Scientists and Technologists.

Tomasz Sliwa, PhD, is employed as a professor at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. In the process of education, he completed: a) Geothermal Training Program of United Nations University in Reykjavik, Iceland, b) course for energy auditors with a state exam, c) doctoral studies at AGH UST, d) master's studies also at AGH UST in Krakow, e) technical school electrical, specializing in electrical machines and apparatus. He is the author of over 300 publications. He completed many apprenticeships and internships in the industry. He is the founder and head of the second degree (Master's) studies "Geoinżynieria i Geotermia" and the postgraduate studies "Geotermia” at AGH UST. He founded and has been managing the work of the Geoenergetics laboratory (geotermia.agh.edu.pl) for 15 years. He has been and is the manager and contractor of many projects and grants, both scientific and international, as well as for industry and local government units in Poland.

Dr. Akira Nishimura is an associate professor in Division of Mechanical Engineering at Mie University, Japan. He received the B.S. Eng., the M.S. Eng. and Dr. Eng. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan in 1995, 1997 and 2000, respectively. He worked at Center for Integrated Research in Science and Engineering, Nagoya University as research associate from 2000 to 2002. He moved to Mie University in 2002 as an assistant professor and promoted to associate professor from 2014. He has published 89 journal papers which are reviewed. His current researches are H2 production from biogas, smart city utilizing renewable energy actively, clarification on heat and mass transfer mechanism of polymer electrolyte fuel cell and CO2 reduction by photocatalyst.

Prof. Chris Rhodes started his career in industry, spending 4 years in total with Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Wellcome Research. He is a graduate of the University of Sussex, having obtained both his B.Sc and D.Phil there, followed by a 2 year period as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Leicester with Professor M.C.R.Symons, FRS.
Subsequently, he worked for 2 years as a lecturer in Physical Chemistry at Thames Polytechnic, before moving to Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, as a lecturer in Organic Chemistry where he remained for 5 years, until being appointed as Research Professor in Chemistry at LJMU in 1994. He was awarded a D.Sc ("Higher Doctorate") by the University of Sussex in 2003.
In August 2003, he moved down to Reading where he is currently based, and set-up an independent consultancy for energy and the environment: Fresh-lands Environmental Actions.

Dr. Mohamed TAHIRI is a Professor and Researcher of Innovation Chair holder 2010-2019 in University of Hassan II Casablanca, Morocco. His research interest is Chemistry, Bioenergy, Water and Environment Engineering, and Nanotechnology. He is the head of Innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship and Head of the organic Synthesis, Extraction and Valorization Laboratory, and Since January 2010, he has been Chair holder of UNCHAIN-UH2C (University Chair on Innovation). As part of his TEMPUS-supported role, Mohamed TAHIRI has received extensive training in Europe on Innovation, Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property Rights, and innovation Management. He holds in his faculty a Bachelor's in sanitation management in urban areas. He is conducting R&D in partnerships with various industries. Professor Mohamed TAHIRI is awarded Hassan II Prize on Environment in 2009 for his contribution to disseminating citizen eco-initiatives in Moroccan university. He published over 40 general and research articles, organized international meetings and conferences in Morocco (FIERTE Maroc 2007: International Conference on Renewable Energies and Water Technologies in partnership with commerce and navigation chamber of Almeria Spain; MENA Symposium on Environment analysis and economical evaluation, Marrakech 2009).

I am an environmental engineer with masters degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Mich., U. S. A. & have worked in U. S. for 12 yrs. & in India fr the last 40-45 years.In India my experience has been mostly with multinational cos. My interest is Environment as whole but I do concentrate on water & wastewater technologies more. I am an expert in designing wastewater treatment plants & recycle.
My main focus now is on how to reduce energy consumption in wastewater treatment plants & recycling. For this we have been evaluating various kind of energy saving concepts like using special strain of bacteria to speed up degradation process & reduce volume of vessels thus requiring less energy to mix & supply oxygen. Other method we are evaluating are using green plant based technology, solar & wind energy use & try to utilise energy generated from waste and so on.

Dr. Yuping Wu is a full professor of Southeast University and Nanjing Tech University, Corresponding member of Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities, Germany, and Fellow of RSC. He got Ph. D. degree from Institute of Chemistry, CAS in 1997, and then worked at Tsinghua University, Waseda University, and Chemnitz University of Technology (AvH Fellowship), separately. In 2003 he became a full professor of Fudan University. In 2021 he joined Southeast University.
His research is focused on energy storage systems and their key materials. He published over 410 papers with H-index over 89 (WoS) and 9 books with sales above 50,000 copies. His researches led to some edge-cutting technologies such as nonporous separators for lithium batteries, and aqueous rechargeable batteries. He achieved quite some awards including One of the Most Influential Minds over the World in 2015 from the Most Cited Researchers by Thomson Reuters, Albert Nelson Marquis Life Time Achievements, and Distinguished Youth Scientists from NSFC. He was frequently selected as Highly Cited Searchers since 2014.

Christophe Ménézo is Full Professor at University Savoy Mont Blanc, head of LOCIE Lab and Deputy head of the Solar Academy Graduate School (EUR). He is also head of FedEsol – research CNRS federation on solar energy and is in charge of the Green/smart building topic in the French/Singaporean Network on Renewable Energy. His current research focuses on Building Integrated Solar Components (especially on photovoltaic and hybrid photovoltaic/thermal components) and on the redefinition of the envelope (roof and facades) in order to include dynamic (seasonal or daily variation) features. He is also working on the prediction of solar PV production at the scale of urban territories.

Lingai LUO received her Bachelor’s (1982) and Master’s (1984) degrees in thermal energy engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China. She received her Ph.D. degree (1991) in mechanic and thermal engineering from National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine (INPL), Nancy, France. She worked as assistant professor (1991-1993) at INPL, as associate professor (1993-1996) at University of Nancy I, and at INPL (1996-2003). From 2003 until 2012 she was a professor at University of Savoie, France. She is now senior research director of French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) at the laboratory of thermo-kinetics, Nantes (LTN), France.
Dr. Luo’s research covers a wide range of topics in thermal, process and energy engineering: combustion and fluidized bed; energy balance analysis; solar refrigeration machines; separation processes; energy for buildings, etc. More recently, her research activities focus on a fundamental strategy based on thermodynamic analysis and centered on the transfer intensification and energy systems optimization. More precisely, it concerns firstly the design, fabrication, characterization, simulation and optimization of innovative fluidic, thermal and reactive components, and secondly the development of new thermo-chemical systems and processes for low-grade thermal energy transportation and valorization, and inter-seasonal solar energy storage for their applications in buildings.
Dr. Luo is mainly engaged in the intensification of heat and mass transfer and shape optimization in different energy components, systems and processes. She proposed a multi-scale approach for process intensification. To improve the global performance (productivity) of a process, intensification should necessarily be implemented at three scales: local scale, component scale and system scale.
Dr. Luo is the author of 2 books and about 100 journal articles. From 2007 until 2012, she was the head of laboratory of design optimization and environmental engineering (LOCIE) of CNRS and University of Savoie. She was the cofounder and coordinator of Sino-French Collaboratory for Environmental and Process Engineering (1998 - 2006) and is the head of its successor Sino-French Laboratory for Sustainable Energy (2008-2014) of French CNRS and Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is also an invited professor at 5 Chinese universities/institutions, and Leuphana University at Lüneburg, Germany.

Akram Abu-Aisheh is a Professor and Graduate Program Director of the Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Hartford. He was the Assistant Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and Director of the Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology Program for two years. Professor Abu-aisheh's research interests include fiber optic communications and power electronics. His specific research has included Fiber Optic and RF Communications, Photovoltaic and Hybrid LED-Based Illumination Systems, Photonics, Engineering Education, and Power Electronics.

Dr Natasa Vasiljevic is a Senior lecturer of physics at the University of Bristol in the UK (since 2015). She completed her PhD in Science and Engineering of Materials at Arizona State University, US, in 2004 and worked as Research Associate at Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico, US, until 2008. She joined the University of Bristol as Great Western Research Fellow (2008-2011).
She authored over 40 papers in international journals and a book chapter (in Modern Electroplating, 5th Ed, John Wiley and Sons Inc., (2010)). She presented over 50 invited/keynote talks at national and international conferences (Electrochemical Society, International Society of Electrochemistry, American Chemical Society, Ednano, etc.).
Her research interests include electrochemical surface science and electrodeposition of thin films and functional nanomaterials for electrocatalysis, magnetics, and optoelectronics. Her work focuses on fundamental aspects and designing new materials with targeted properties by manipulating surface structure and interfacial processes.
Dr Vasiljevic is a current Chair of the Electrodeposition Division of the Electrochemical Society (since 2020) and a member of the ECS Board of Directors. She has been an active member of the electrochemical community, organizing and chairing numerous symposia on fundamental electrodeposition and the development of functional (nano)materials for energy and optoelectronic applications.

Currently, Dr. Hakan Acaroğlu is an associate professor of Economics at the Eskisehir Osmangazi University. In 2002, he obtained a B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Eskisehir Osmangazi University, in Eskisehir, Turkey. He joined the Department of Economics at the Eskisehir Osmangazi University as a research assistant in 2003 and received a M.S. in Economics in 2005. In 2010, he completed his Ph.D. in Economics at the Anadolu University, in Eskisehir, Turkey. In June 2011, Dr. Acaroğlu started work as an assistant professor of Economics at the Eskisehir Osmangazi University. In April 2018, he became an associate professor of Economics. His research interests are Economic Growth, Mathematical Economics, and Energy Economics. He more specifically focuses on Engineering Economics, Renewable Energy, Electricity Markets, Human Capital, and Environmental Issues with Sustainable Development.

Prof. Dr. Kay Pfaffenberger (born 1965) holds a Master in Economic Sciences from Leibniz University Hannover and a PhD in Business and Administration from the University of Leipzig. He started his career as a consultant at the S-­‐Kommunal Beratung in Hannover. As head of department he developed and managed electronic banking services at the Cooperative Bank Bremen­Nord. Furthermore he has been consultant for company communication at CardProcess GmbH, Frankfurt. 2009 he founded the Institute for Communication, Finance and Good Governance. Since 2008 he has been teaching as visiting lecturer for different Universities, e.g. Bremen, Berlin and Hamburg. In 2012 Kay Pfaffenberger has been appointed as Professor for Business Administration at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. Also he is the managing director of the Center for Business and Technology in Africa (CBTA). The main focus of his work is lecturing and applied research on business administration and political economics with special focus on business in Africa and inter-­‐cultural-­‐communication, banking and finance, good governance and renewable energy. In these fields he has supported cooperative banks especially in transaction banking with strong relations to DZ Bank. He has a wide experience with projects in the financial sector and recently with solar industry respective renewable energy companies in West‐Africa. The sustainable development and green energy are also in his focus. The CBTA had held an online conference last year about Green Hydrogen cooperation possibilities between Africa and Europe.

Dr Nevenka R. Elezovic completed her PhD in 2005, from University of Belgrade. She is currently Research Professor at the Institute for Multidisciplinary Research, University of Belgrade. Her research interests include: Nanostructured materials and alloys for low temperature fuel cells and water electrolysis application - green energy production. Since 2013 she is served as representative of Serbia and member of the European board in European Academy of Surface Technology, She has published more than 40 papers in reputed peer reviewed journals of eminent Publishers such as Elsevier, Royal Society of Chemistry, The Electrochemical Society and more than 70 conference papers. She has been serving as a reviewer for: Energy and Environmental Science, Applied Materials and Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Electrochimica Acta, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, RSC Advances, PCCP, Chemical Communications, Journal of the Electrochemical Society, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, as well as adjudicative (senior) reviewer for Energy and Environmental Science, Journal of Materials Chemistry A and Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics. Milica Vujković is a Research Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Physical Chemistry, where she received PhD in the area of Li-ion batteries. Her research interests are focused on developing materials for energy-related applications including batteries, supercapacitors, electrolyzers etc. She is currently coordinating three research projects (NATOSPS SuperCar project, national HiSuperBat project and Serbia-India bilateral project) and supervising two PhD thesis. Milica is a scholar of the prestigious MESC+ master program and participates in the activities of the PhD Destiny program. She was one of the organizers for battery symposium at renowned 71st ISE Meeting in Belgrade in 2020 and the main organizer of COIN2022 Belgrade symposium (www.coin202.org) held in Serbian Academy of Sciences&Arts. She has given numerous lectures at scientific meetings/conferences and received many awards (the best PhD thesis and patent in 2012/2013, the best scientific paper of the young scientists from University of Belgrade in 2018 and 2021, the best poster award at Elmina 2022 conference). She has 43 international and 3 national journal papers, more than 70 conference papers, three nationally approved patents and one monograph chapter. Her journal papers have been published since 2011 and cited 1052 times, with the h-index of 18.

Thomas Bartzanas is Vice Rector for Research, Finance and Development, Associate Professor and Director of the Lab of Farm Structures at the Agricultural University of Athens. Thomas is Chairman of the BoD of Smart Agro Hub A.E, an innovative company acting as a Competence Center with focus on smart farming and sustainability. Thomas is an agricultural engineer, with a PhD in agricultural constructions at the University of Thessaly and the Bioclimatology station of INRA in France and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Aarhus in Denmark. His research interests focus on the development, evaluation and application of new techniques and technologies in controlled environment production systems (greenhouses, vertical farming systems, hydroponic systems, livestock buildings), the sustainable and smart use of natural resources in the agrifood sector and the assessment of the environmental impact throughout the agricultural production chain using the life cycle analysis. Thomas is member of the EurAgEng vice-chair in the Structures & Environment Committee of CIGR, member of the Scientific Council of the European Union, in the Directorate for Research and Innovation for open access to research results in the field of "Agricultural Sciences" and chair of the Hellenic Union of Agricultural Engineers of Greece.

Dr Kenza Maher joined Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI) in January 2015 as a Scientist at the Energy Science and Technology Group. She has more than 10 years' experience in researching energy storage. Her research focuses on the development of safe and reliable materials for Li-ion and Na-ion batteries and the evaluation of battery reliability and safety. In addition to real time monitoring, data acquisition and electrothermal characterization for lithium-ion battery storage systems for both electric vehicle (EV) and stationary applications. Before joining QEERI, Dr Maher was Research Fellow and Project Leader at the Joint Future Mobility Research Lab with the BMW Group and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her research focused on safety evaluation and diagnostics of BMW electric cars’ batteries to overcome the hazard of thermal runaway in cars.
Dr Maher received her PhD from Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco in January 2011. Her PhD focused on the development of new phosphate and oxides materials for high energy lithium-ion batteries. During her PhD, she was a Guest Researcher at Angström Laboratory, Department of Material Chemistry, Uppsala University, Sweden.
After her PhD, she joined the Energy Research Institute at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore as Research Fellow. She worked on development of a new method to determine the battery state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) based on its thermodynamics properties. After that she moved to TUM CREATE LTd, Singapore. Her research focused on the study of batteries’ thermodynamics and kinetics properties.

Dr. Haijun Ruan is an Assistant Professor of Battery Science & Technology at the Centre for E-Mobility and Clean Growth Research, Coventry University, UK, and Visiting Researcher at Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College London, UK.
Haijun Ruan received PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2019, and he was a visiting student researcher at Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA, in 2018. He was a Research Associate from 2020 to 2023 with the Dyson School of Design Engineering, Imperial College London, UK. His research focuses on lithium-ion batteries, machine learning, and fuel cells, including modelling, thermal management, fast charging, diagnostics/prognostics, and lifetime extension, with 30+ papers published. He sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Power and Energy and the topical advisory panel of the World Electric Vehicle Journal, and acted as the guest editor for several journals, such as Frontiers in Energy Research and Energies.

Fatna Ikrame EL FANNE, is a 23-year-old Moroccan girl. She is a passionate and dedicated environmental engineering student who is set to graduate with two Master's degrees concurrently, one in Environmental Engineering at Suzhou University in China and the other in Water and Environmental Management and Engineering at Mohammed V University in Morocco. With a deep concern for the environment and a drive to make a positive impact, Ikrame has actively pursued knowledge and practical experience in addressing climate change and environmental challenges.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Ikrame has emerged as a passionate climate activist, advocating for immediate action to combat climate change and protect the planet. Her involvement led her to create an NGO called Youth for Climate Morocco that aims to raise awareness, share the knowledge and provide tools to youth in order to advocate and make a positive impact and for a sustainable future.
Recognized for her leadership skills and dedication, Ikrame has been invited to speak at conferences and events, sharing her perspective and experiences in environmental engineering and climate activism. She believes in the power of collaboration and aim to build bridges between academia, industry, and policy-making to drive impactful change.

Dr. Francisco Cabrera received his BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a first class certificate. He was awarded the Dean of School Prize of his BEng (Hons) for his performance in 2010. Then he received his MSc in Telecommunications and Networks with distinction from City, University of London in 2011. He was then awarded a PhD studentship to pursue a PhD in Photovoltaic solar cells. He received his PhD in Photonics in 2017 from City, University of London. During his time as a PhD student he was an active student member of the IEEE student branch having hold the Treasurer, Secretary and Chair positions. After completing his PhD, he briefly moved to industry he soon returned to City, University of London as a Marie Curie Post Doc Research Fellow to continue his work on textured crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Solar Cells via optical (FDTD method) and electrical simulations (FEM method). He is currently a member of the Institute of Physics (where he serves as a committee member of the Energy Special Interest Group), IEEE and OPTICA (formerly OSA).

Joel A. Gordon is a final year Doctoral Research at Cranfield University, where he investigates the social acceptance of low-carbon hydrogen energy systems and technologies. Principally, Joel’s research supports the UK meeting its Climate Change Act goals by developing socially acceptable pathways for decarbonising the national gas network via the use of hydrogen. This work rests on examining past and ongoing national energy transitions, communicating with a range of stakeholders, and analysing the determinants of hydrogen acceptance through a mixed methods approach. Joel’s research activities also involve developing a better understanding of the social licence to operate (SLO) hydrogen in different geographies.
Before joining Cranfield University, Joel graduated from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) Program in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management (MESPOM) in 2020, having previously completed an MA at the Porter School of Environmental Studies. During his MSc, Joel specialised in energy transitions and climate change, writing his thesis on the European offshore wind power transition. He also worked as a research assistant within the Central European University's (CEU) Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG), undertaking research on the geopolitics of natural gas and nuclear power in Europe. His undergraduate studies were focussed on different tracks of Liberal Arts, including philosophy, psychology, and digital studies, which he incorporates towards a multidisciplinary focus on energy studies.

Lina Wang received her Ph.D degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2012. She is currently a visiting scholar at the Department of Energy, Aalborg University, Denmark. At the same time, she is an associate professor at Dalian Ocean University in China. Her research interests include solar cell technology, solar thermal power, waste-to-energy, and nanoenergy.

As a Director of Development with the Youth4ClimateMorocco (Y4CM), Abdessadek Aghrinane takes the lead in a variety of crucial roles. With a focus on project design and partnership building, bringing together key players to collaborate and drive meaningful change. Through his tireless efforts in research, proposal development, and program implementation.

Dr Ali Saberi Mehr is a research fellow in Dublin City University. Dr Mehr’s research focus is green hydrogen, Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology, H2-biofuel utilisation through innovative technology development including polygeneration concepts, Power-to-X, Power to Gas, and techno-economic modelling.

Dr. Reza RAZI received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (both with the highest honors) in electrical engineering from the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Then, he succeeded to receive his Ph.D. degree from the University of Tehran in 2020. His Ph.D. focused on harmonic and inter-harmonic sharing in parallel islanded inverters. During his Ph.D., He was awarded scholarships to continue his research as a visiting researcher at the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA). He had this chance to work with the G2ELab research group for one year and a half. Currently, He is working as a postdoc researcher in Gipsa-lab, UGA, France. His research interests include power electronics, renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, and microgrids.

Zhaoming Yang focuses on the research of Oil & Gas transportation and storage for 7 years, especially on the areas of system resilience, multiphase flow and separation technology. He received bachelor and master degrees in China University of Petroleum (East China), and does Ph.D. research in City University of Hong Kong and China University of Petroleum (Beijing). Now he is in Aalborg University, Risk, Resilience, Safety, and Sustainability of Systems Research Group. He has published papers in Journal of Cleaner Production, Energy, Journal of Natural Gas Science and Engineering, Petroleum Science, Reliability Engineering System Safety, International Journal of Oil Gas and Coal Technology et al, and also has applied more than 10 patents in key areas of Oil & Gas industry. He is the session chair of CUE2022-Applied Energy Symposium: LOW CARBON CITIES & URBAN ENERGY SYSTEMS.

Tamara Petrović is a Research Assistant at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Physical Chemistry, where she is doing a PhD in the area of Electrochemistry and Physical Chemistry - Electrode materials for energy stroage devices. Her research interests are focused on synthesis, physico-chemical and electrochemical characterization of cathode and anode materials for rechargeable batteries and supercapacitors. Tamara has published 2 international papers in the field of electrochemistry – multivalent aqueous rechargeable batteries. She presented results at several international conferences. She was a member of the technical committee of COIN2022 Belgrade symposium (www.coin202.org) held in Serbian Academy of Sciences&Arts. She is currently participating in two international research projects (NATOSPS SuperCar project and Serbia-India bilateral project).

Dr. Ali Sedki is currently working as an Assistant Professor and program director in the Architectural Engineering Department at Applied Science University, Bahrain (LSBU hosted program). He got his PhD in Architecture from Ferrara University in Italy co-supervised with Newcastle University, UK where he spent one year as a visiting scholar. The research interest of Dr. Sedki focuses on building physics, energy saving, climate change, urban heat island practical solutions, and Built heritage. He believes in practice-based research to develop sustainable solutions for our built environment problems. Dr. Sedki recently won the 1st international prize in the Architectural competition of 'Cool Abu-Dhabi challenge'. He developed a composite system that depends on a strong material proposition to use waste salt from desalination as a desiccant to reduce humidity and improve outdoor thermal comfort.

Tayo Bello is the Dean and Professor of the Faculty of Law at Adeleke University Ede, Osun State Nigeria. He specializes in Energy law, Arbitration and Mediation. He has PhD Energy law from University of Ibadan, PhD International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, LLM (Corporate and Commercial) University of London, M.sc Banking and Finance (University of Ibadan) M.sc Economics (University of Lagos ) M.sc Computer Science (FUNAAB).
He is a fellow of the following Institutes: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) FCIArb, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers FCS, Chartered Institute of Bankers FCIB, Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution CEDR (UK), Accredited mediator.

Yusuph J. Kulindwa is a Senior Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from a collaborative Ph.D. program at Dar es Salaam University, Tanzania, and Chalmers University, Sweden. His research focuses on environmental and behavioural economics and impact evaluation studies. He has published widely on environmental economics and sustainable resource management. He has experience in international research projects, including research on household energy for cooking, innovative thinking that intends to drop firewood cut from forests on mother's head and the impact of externally funded climate adaptation projects on women's empowerment. His experience includes teaching and supervising research work for students. He is a research fellow of the EfD-Tanzania.

My name is Musa Ajiya, a Nigerian by birth and citizenship. I have worked for a span of a decade in various private sector financial organizations before joining the services of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in the year 2006 as the Chief Resource Mobilization Officer. I am presently a Deputy Registrar on sabbatical appointment at the Air force Institute of Technology (AFIT) ‘alias Air force University, Kaduna, Nigeria’.
My research areas of interest include but not limited to, conflict and peace studies, environment and human rights issues, as well as x-raying the inherent dialectics of multilateral organizations with the view to strengthening them. Part of the result of this great effort and interest is what has metamorphosed into writing some couple of articles on various topical issues in national dailies and academic Journals of international repute, as well as being invited to share my thoughts, knowledge and experience on this all-important subject matter on renewable and non-renewable energy.

Dr Syed Waqar Azeem was born in Kohat, Pakistan, in 1989. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2013, and the M.S. degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, in 2016 and Ph.D. degree with Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 2021. His research interests include three-level converters, soft-switching techniques, Renewable Eneregy, DC/DC converters.Currently working as a technical & solution engineer in Sungrow Middle company.

Yahya has graduated Pamukkale University since 2022. He is going to plan to postgraduate at Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university. He is a mechatronics engineer and working Technology Developer Engineer at ADM Electrical Distribution Co. He is an expert on embedded design and software system. In addition, he is designing several 3D CAD materials and developing hardware and embedded software of drone and UAV’s hardware in electricity distribution system. He is also working energy efficiency, storage and solar system in the R&D Center of ADM Electrical Distribution System Operator.
He is working international R&D projects. He is still a partner one Era-Net project which name is “Reliability of Long Term Renewable Energy Production based on PV Technologies”. He will design image processing system of thermal camera for PV system and he will design 3D structure and he will install all of these systems to drone in the project.

Sude Kozalıoğlu was born in Denizli, Turkey in 1995. During her university education, she participated in projects supported by TUBITAK and was selected as one of the top 20 entrepreneurs by the 'Turkey Covid19 Common Mind Platform' due to her work during the pandemic period. In 2021, she graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University with a thesis titled 'Portable AC Power Supply with Solar Energy'. She previously held various positions in companies working on the installation and infrastructure of renewable energy sources, and currently works as an R&D engineer at ADM Electricity Distribution Company. She conducts research on machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and computer vision. Throughout her career, she has published academic studies on national/international platforms. In these studies, she focuses on developing innovative and sustainable solutions to contribute to sustainable growth, and increasing energy efficiency in the use, transmission, and distribution of energy sources by leveraging current trends.

Aneta Sapińska-Śliwa, PhD, is employed as a professor at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland, Drilling, Oil and Gas Faculty, Drilling and Geoengineering Dpt. In the process of education, she completed: a) postdiploma study at Ecole de Mine d`Ales, France, b) doctoral studies at AGH UST Drilling, Oli and Gas Faculty, d) master's studies at Łódź University of Technology, Faculty of Process and Environmental Engineering, in the field of environmental engineering. She is the author and co-author of over 140 publications. She completed many apprenticeships and internships in the industry. She is currently the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas at AGH UST. She manages many committees, also has been and is the manager and contractor of many projects and grants, both scientific and international, as well as for industry and local government units in Poland.

Necati Keskin was born in Denizli, Turkey in 1995. He graduated from the Mechatronics Engineering department at Pamukkale University in 2017. During his university education, he worked on automation systems, computer technologies, and computer-aided designs, and participated in projects in the field. He began his professional career after graduation. In 2020, he started Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering at Pamukkale University to further support his professional and academic development. Currently, he works as an R&D Engineer on projects at ADM Electric Distribution Company. These projects involve innovative solutions to increase efficiency in electrical distribution systems. He specializes in technology and software development and leads projects in these areas. Throughout his career, he has published academic studies on national and international platforms and delivered presentations at numerous conferences and seminars, accumulating extensive experience in the field. He continues to work towards providing innovative solutions in electrical distribution and control systems and contributing to the industry.

Inayatullah Jan is Professor at Institute of Development Studies (IDS), the University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan. He holds PhD degree in Rural Development from Georg-August University Goettingen, Germany, and post doctorate in energy governance from University of East Anglia (UEA), the UK. Besides, he has worked as team leader and consultant in various donor-based projects such as WHO, UNHCR, and Government of Pakistan. He has executed various research projects funded by SNADEE, USAID, the World Bank, and the Higher Education Commission (HEC)-Pakistan and has achieved excellent milestones in the form of publishing in international impact factor journals besides advising for local and national policies. Based on his project funded by the HEC, he has published a book chapter in addition to impact factor publications. In honor of his contribution to research and development, the HEC has conferred upon him with ‘Outstanding Research Award 2016’. His research interests are rural development, environmental policy, energy governance, renewable energy technologies (RETs), energy policy, climate change, and water governance. He has published in renowned journals such as Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Biomass and Bioenergy, and Environment, Development and Sustainability. He is reviewer of important energy journals such as Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Energy for Sustainable Development, Energy and Development, and Science of the Total Environment, among others. He is a visiting / adjunct professor at renowned institutes. He has been a subject expert and external evaluator for PhD dissertations of various universities in Pakistan and abroad. He is HEC approved PhD supervisor.

Asina Kubra Aslan was born in Turkey. She completed her undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering Department at Cumhuriyet University in 2008.She studied as exchanged student at Geophysics Department for 4 months in Liverpool University, UK. She currently works at Real Estate Development and Management Department, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Ankara University and works at Department of Civil Engineering, Gazi University, Turkey. She has worked at Tokat Erbaa Municipality, Directorate of Reconstruction and Urbanization from 2010 to 2016 and as a Geological Engineer at Tokat Special Provincial Directorate for Agricultural Services from 2016 to 2019 and now working as a Geological Engineer Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ankara, Turkey.
Her research fields are energy conservation, renewable energy, geothermal, solar energy etc., sustainable buildings, waste management and real estate, geology.
